Program Overview
The Energy Saver Home Loan Program will assist eligible Massachusetts homeowners to cut their energy use and reduce or eliminate their reliance on fossil fuels. The Program will provide financing and technical support to households for measures beyond those covered by other programs such as Mass Save®. Low- interest loans of up to $100,000 are available to income-qualified (<135% AMI) owner-occupants, either of a single-family home or of at least one unit in a 2-4 family home (no condos), to complete qualifying energy-related home improvements. The performed work must demonstrate at least 20% modeled energy savings. Abode is providing energy advising services for the program including establishing a network of contractors across eligible measures to serve participating customers.
ESHLP PARTICIPATING CONTRACTOR NETWORK
