With over twenty years of experience in energy efficiency and residential program management, Dave established Abode in 2017 to bring a people-first, transparent, and collaborative approach to the industry. Under his leadership, Abode’s dedicated team delivers innovative decarbonization programs that empower contractors, advance program design, and drive meaningful change across the region. Dave’s commitment to doing the right thing and focusing on what truly matters defines both the company culture and its impact. Outside of work, Dave enjoys life in the woods with his family, dog, and chickens. He loves adventures both large and small, like the annual Abode gravel bike ride through the New England mountains—bringing the same spirit of exploration and camaraderie to his personal life as he does to his professional pursuits.
