Ella works as a Program Specialist serving communities across New Hampshire by working with contractors and residents to support affordable, clean energy solutions throughout the state. Before this role, she spent several years focused on facilitating deep energy retrofits in affordable housing across Massachusetts. Inspired by her work in housing and love of the outdoors, Ella is passionate about helping create homes that are healthy, affordable, and environmentally sustainable. In her free time, Ella can be found reading or baking, running around Boston, and, depending on the season, hiking or skiing in the White Mountains.
