Rick joined the Abode Mass Save Inspection team in 2023 after working with the Mass Save Program since 2011. To guarantee that clients receive the greatest service possible, this position involves monitoring HPC callbacks and examining inspection reports. Rick has additionally contributed to the Municipal Light Program and assisted the invoicing team. As a residential home energy auditor, he taught (his mother was a teacher) thousands of homeowners energy efficiency tips to help them save money and lessen their carbon footprint. He has also been a manager of HPC Inside Sales and a home energy auditor team. He firmly believes in the mission of the Mass Save Program, which is to provide equal access to program benefits and assist Massachusetts residents in becoming more energy efficient. The enthusiastic team at Abode, which focuses on Massachusetts and beyond, is why he joined. Along with his wife, three boys, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, Rick enjoys spending time on Cape Cod and in Vermont outside of Abode. He also enjoys working on family home renovation projects.
