Travis Estes

Supporting team growth and enabling success are key drivers for Travis. With nearly a decade of experience in building performance, he brings a perspective that is grounded in community development, seeing each home as part of a system. Working throughout New England in multiple efficiency and renewable programs, he has supported many teams providing a wide variety of services, including community outreach, energy assessments and weatherization, residential solar, and C&I financing. Prior to his career shift into building performance, Travis was an English teacher in Oklahoma and a US Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia with his wife. Out of the office, Travis spends most weekends hiking or biking with his family, taking many pictures along the way.
